At Redclan, operated by Redclan Apparel Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Products are eligible for return or exchange if:

Item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Original tags and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase is provided
2. Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible:

Items without original tags or packaging

Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged or defective)
3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for size or product replacement (subject to availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
